1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EKAM Digital Assets platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EKAM DIGITAL ASSETS PRIVATE LTD provides digital gold buying and selling, gold loan, gold buying, gold testing, gold vault storage, and related financial services. All services are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India with valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) to use our services.

4. Gold Loan Terms

Gold loans are subject to valuation, purity testing, and market conditions. Interest rates, tenure, and loan-to-value ratios are determined at the time of disbursement. Early foreclosure is permitted without penalty.

5. Gold Storage

Gold stored in our vaults is insured against theft, fire, and natural disasters. Storage fees are charged monthly and must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

EKAM DIGITAL ASSETS PRIVATE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by Indian law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
