- Pledged gold ornaments, coins, or bars facing an upcoming auction
- Auction notice received within the last 90 days
- Minimum net gold weight of 5 grams (after stone deduction)
- Original pledge receipt or duplicate copy available
- Pledge holder is the legal owner or authorised representative
- Gold pledged with any private lender, pawnbroker, or finance company
- Items located within EKAM service zones across India
We Cannot Help When
- Items already auctioned and transferred to a new owner
- Disputed ownership or unresolved family-property cases
- Net gold weight below 5 grams after stone deduction
- Pieces flagged as evidence in active legal proceedings
- Plated, hollow, or filled jewellery with negligible gold content
