Documents You'll Need
A minimal, sensible checklist. We deliberately keep the paperwork light so the rescue is fast.
Auction Notice
Original or photograph of the notice you received intimating the upcoming auction. Date of auction must be visible.
Pledge Receipt
The original pledge slip showing item description, weight, and outstanding amount. A duplicate copy is acceptable if the original is lost.
Government Photo ID
Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or driving licence of the pledge holder. We verify identity in person at the time of valuation.
PAN Card
Required for transactions above ₹2 lakh, in line with standard tax-reporting norms.
Recent Photograph
One passport-size photo for our internal record. We can also capture it on the spot — bring it only if convenient.
Lost Your Pledge Receipt?
Don't worry. Our team can help you obtain a duplicate from the holding institution before the auction date. This is included in our service at no extra charge.
